Biography:

Storm Shadow, also known as White Ghost, is a prominent character in the G.I. Joe franchise, first appearing in the Marvel Comics series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #21 (1984).

His real name is Thomas "Tommy" Arashikage, and he is a skilled ninja and a member of the Arashikage ninja clan. He is both the blood brother and nemesis of G.I. Joe commando Snake Eyes, their relationship marked by complex loyalties and betrayals.

Initially portrayed as a Cobra operative, Storm Shadow's allegiance has shifted throughout the various iterations of the franchise. He is a master of various martial arts, including ninjutsu, and a formidable swordsman and marksman.
